How to use Press & Design Transfers
1. Choose which surface you would like to use for your project. (Compatible surfaces are listed on the back of the package.)
2. Choose your preferred design and simply cut out the transfer.
3. Remove the protective backing from your transfer and place it on the surface you have chosen to use. Be sure your surface is completely dry so it properly adheres.
4. Take the provided wooden applicator stick—a popsicle stick works, too—and simply press & rub the transfer to apply. (Just like you’d apply a temporary tattoo, except it’s permanent and you don’t need any water.)
5. Begin to peel off your transfer gently. If you notice that there are areas that have not yet transferred & are lifting when you begin to peel, put the transfer back down.
6. Repeat steps 4 & 5 until your transfer is fully applied.
7. Peel off your transfer & reveal!
Other important info before you get started
To ensure your transfer goes on exactly the way you want it to, we suggest you prep with painter’s tape—it’s easy to adjust and keeps your transfer locked in the right place.
Be extra careful when removing the protective white backing paper! These transfers are sticky and can get stuck to each other (or even you).
A quick and easy hack to make sure the transfer is fully secure, hold the clear film and rub just behind, lifting and rubbing as you go in sections.
